    It is amazing how one apple, a banana in this case, can ruin a whole bunch. As is normal with Banana republic, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The bad apple is the assistant manager, the girl with braids. Very disrespectful with anger issues. She refused to exchange a pair of pants because the tags were not attached to the pants, we phoned and explained before driving to the store and were assured the pants will be exchanged. We immediately Went downtown and the pants were exchanged without any issues. Too bad such a good company can have such a bad employee!

    There are no English signs in this store and over 80% of the people shopping at the mall are not Francophone!
