  I’ve given it a low review as they need to renovate the couches and the tables. They are old and destroyed.

  At the Starbucks area: They need to renovate the couches. It’s completely destroyed. If you’re going to study: there are only 3 spots you can sit to charge, they are almost always taken. Sometimes, parents bring their kids and it’s noisy. However, in general it’s quiet.

  Beautiful store which is very clean and inviting. The computers make things very easy to find and friendly staff is always around to point in the right direction. They also have a kids section, things for the home and other surprises. Closing hours are later and that makes for nice evening browsing if you need to find something to relax. You can also find nice sales most of the times and they don't just liquidate the cheap stuff. Overall, great shopping experience. Starbucks is on the second floor so sit sat back and enjoy with some good java :D

  Great bookstore, my daughter loves coming here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection, great promos. I was there a week before Christmas midweek at noonish and the lineup was so long, snaking all the way to the kids section, I figured it would be a 20+ minute wait but management had all the cashes open and I was done in 4 minutes. That's the way to run a business.

  Though, If plugs are not your concern there is plenty of table and space. Unless it rush hour ;) good luck finding a spot

  Far too few book stores are around anymore. This chapters is HUGE!!! Amazing selection of books. Has a well stocked area for home goods/novelty items as well, always a good selection of different articles. Kids section is well designed and set up for kids to be able to play with toys and read book with their parent(s). The Starbucks upstairs tends to be a little busy but it's convieniant to grab a coffee and a new favorite book at the same time.

  It's very good bookstore and their stock is well organized and located in a good and accessible center and having a variety of gift ideas.. Yet they should consider checking and having more options in their IT and management (specifically project management) books sections or at least to have the best selling and well known books in such domains, but unfortunately both of the mentioned sections are very small and they don't have the most common books in these domains and I am always ending up to order online from different websites for what I am looking for.
